My First Time experience with cs4 photoshop and blog too^^

1)First,open the file...


2)Then press Ctrl R to make the ruler guide and pull the line from top and from the side,then go to the selection tool...then select marquee tool then right click to select the elliptical marquee tool

3)After select,go the the middle line where both the rules line meets.. then draw a circle and go to top "Select" and click the modify and choose feather.By making this,the circle hat you made will become blur.
4)Then open another starfish folder and drag the starfish into the skyscraper then go to selection tool click the move tool and move the starfish,then Ctrl T to free transform the saiz of the image.
5)Then keep on duplicate the startfish and follow the Ctrl T to the saiz you want.

6)Then select the starfish layer that you want to make it blur..After select,go to "Filter"-"Blur"-Gussian Blur to make all starfish become a bit blur..depends on the blur rate that you prefer.
7)Then choose the layer that the starfish is closer to the ground and again..add some effect of fast dropping starfish by clicking again "Filter"-"Blur"-Radial Blur.Select the blur method to "zoom" and quality to "best" and select the amount of blur you prefer and ok.
8)So at this point,you can see the blur rate,fast dropping starfish.
9)The end...i finaly realize that photoshop is so fun and i can play many thing with it..

I know i not a professional editor.I just started and feel it cool to edit.. i think i done my best for now on.I hoping one day I can become professional hehe...
